| Abstract In this session, panelists will discuss the importance of community engagement and its implications as part of an education for citizenship. Even though community service/engagement is fairly new on the higher education scene, musicians are probably well ahead of the curve, in that we've already been engaged in our communities. Part of this session, then, will focus on being sure that we let others know what we often take for granted. |
